We’ve turned this idea inside out. Our branches are designed so customer choices are centrally located. We call this a staff forward configuration; your customers will call it easy.

We locate branch employees centrally in an “activity hub”. Cross trained staff are extremely productive because they can switch activities as customer traffic fluctuates allowing you to maximize the effectiveness of a smaller staff. The hub includes automated cash handling machines increasing productivity while reducing the incidence of theft.

 

 

Building Costs Are Lower

Since your branch is located in a leased space - no structure costs are incurred. Plus, our configurations are designed for smaller spaces; this means much less material is used. We leverage a state of the art manufacturing plant for the fabrication of your materials, keeping costs low.

Operating Costs Are Lower

With a smaller branch and staff forward configuration you can keep staffing levels to a minimum, especially during the start-up period. Monthly maintenance costs such as utility costs are lower. Payroll costs are lower since fewer employees are needed to operate the branch.
